Setup Details
After receiving your basic information we will begin setting up your new website.
In most cases we can even import all of the content of your current website to create your new Agent Website, automating the process for you.

Payment Details
How does ‘Risk Free’ sound to you? Ordering your Agent Website only requires a $199 Refundable Deposit and if you’re not happy with your new website for any reason, just let us know and we’ll fix it or issue you a full hassle free refund.

Domain Name (yourname.com, etc.) – Included
If you don’t already own your own domain name, we’ll include it with your website. This is a must have for any Agent and the foundation of your online marketing. If you already own your own domain, that is great and you’ll be able to use it with your new website.

Email (you@yourname.com, etc.) – Included
Of course you also need your own branded email address and we include that as well. We can either forward these messages to your existing email account if you use GMail, Yahoo, etc., or we can setup a customized Gmail account for you so you can access your email from anywhere and/or you can use your Outlook or other email software to download your messages onto your computer.

Agent Blog – Included
You have the option to activate an Agent Blog on your website if you wish and we will provide you with reference materials in case blogging is new to you.

Google Analytics – Included
We will also setup a Google Analytics account for your new website so you can log in and see details like who is visiting your website, what pages they viewed, how they found you and where they are located. This is an important feature that will allow you to track both your online and offline marketing efforts.

Most home buyers and sellers end up working with the first agent they contact and most of these potential clients go to Google to find agents in their area. This is great news because we can get you on the first page of Google within 24 hours. It’s not magic and it doesn’t take as long as SEO, we create a Pay-Per-Click Campaign targeting only the cities you service and showing only to people specifically searching for a local agent or homes in the area. These campaigns are very effective because you are in control of who sees your ads and how much these people are worth to you.
If you aren’t familiar with PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, this is how it works: We setup very targeted ads and you are only charged by Google when someone actually clicks on your ad and visits your website. This means that your ad could be shown 100 times, but if only 1 person clicks on it, you are only charged what we set as your bid at per click, often just $1.00. This service is so effective that we’ve setup a special offer for agents that want to quickly set this up with a low monthly budget.
Agent Exposure – $249/mo + Click Fees
Our Agent Exposure Package allows an Agent or Team to get in on the PPC game quickly and with the minimum out of pocket expense. There is no setup charge and our monthly managent fee is just $249. Your Click Fee Budget can range from $100 to $1,000 per month and you can target up to 5 different cities/areas. The cost per click depends on your area and competition, but typically ranges from $0.50-2.00 per click for most search terms.

Office Exposure – $500 Setup, $749/mo + Click Fees
Our Office Exposure Package allows a Broker to feature their office and up to 5 specific Agents. You can target up to 20 cities/areas and the the monthly Click Fee Budget can range from $1,000-10,000. Our management fee is $749/mo and there is a one-time setup charge of $500. This is ideal for an office that wants to establish themselves as the premier agency in their area. Home buyers and sellers can be sent to any part of your existing website or we can set up something specific to increase the effectiveness of your campaign.

Listing Exposure – $100 Setup, $149/mo + Click Fees
The Listing Exposure Package gets your listing in front of home buyers fast! When someone searches for homes in your listing’s city, they see a detailed ad for your listing right on the first page and all they have to do is click on the link to be taken directly to your website where they can learn more about you and the listing. This is a fantastic way to get very targeted visitors to your website and there’s a good chance that these buyers are not already working with an agent so you have the opportunity to double-end the deal!
