How Do I Create My New Agent Website?
- You don’t, we do it for you! Once you’ve

chosen your design and placed your refundable deposit
- , we start getting your new website set up. Then you
- and we create your website with the info you provide and you can always email over your initial or additional content if you wish. You website will be set up within 48 hours of us receiving your content.
How Do I Point My Domain To Your Server?
- Wow, great question! You simply log into your account with your Registrar (GoDaddy, Dotster, Etc.) and update The DNS (Domain Name Servers) information for your domain with the following:
DNS1.STABLETRANSIT.COM
DNS2.STABLETRANSIT.COM
This will cause web and email traffic to be directed to our servers. Let us know when you make this update so we can be ready for it. This update can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to take effect.
How Do I Get My Email?
- We offer 3 email options for our clients:
Forwarding: We redirect all messages to your existing 3rd party email service/address. You check your email like regular and your messages@yourdomain appear in your inbox.
Email Client: If you’d prefer to use an email client or email software on your computer, we will provide you with POP login information so you can log in and download your messages right to your computer. Details will be provided once your account is active.
Web Mail: We setup a GMail account for your use and forward all of your messages to this new account. We will also set it up so that the return address on the messages you send out is ‘you@yourdomain.com’.
How Do I Update My Agent Website?
- We’ve found that the easiest way is for you to email over your changes, additions or instructions to us at
support@realestatesitepros.com
- and we’ll take care of the rest. Most updates are made within 1 hour, but can take up to 24 hours depending on our work load.
How Do I Get Help/Support?
- You can call us from 9am-6pm daily or you can email us at
support@realestatesitepros.com
- and one of our design staff will receive a notification on their phone and be able to assist you. Please include the actual issue in your message so we can resolve it immediately. A message asking us to call you will typically be returned during business hours.
